Pick-up for this adventure is available from most major hotels in the Montego Bay region, as well as from some Villas and Airbnbs. You will receive your pick-up time via email or SMS after you’ve completed your booking.
Important Notice Please note if you are not staying in Montego Bay you will be required to pay an additional fee for transportation. We do not do complimentary pick-up outside of Montego Bay. Booking and Reservation Policy Via Zelle All bookings must be paid at least 2 days in advance to confirm your tour, and reservations via Zelle will not be held without payment; unpaid reservations will be automatically canceled.
Confirmation about Booking and Pick-up Time You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your confirmed pick-up time 24 hours before your actual tour; please note that the time on the website is an estimate of when the tour starts, and if you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
Tour Time and Pick-up Time
Please note that the tour time and pickup time for our tours are not the same. We have specific pickup times for each tour, and these may vary depending on the tour you have booked and where you’re staying.
To ensure that you have the most up-to-date information, we will send you a second confirmation email the day before your tour to confirm the exact pickup time.
Important Notice
You have a 5-minute grace period after your pick-up time to board the bus. Once this time has expired we will have no choice but to depart without you on board. If there is a possibility of bad weather or severe traffic conditions that may impede our punctuality, we will make sure to inform you in advance.
Likewise, if we need to reschedule a tour or alter our plans due to unfavorable weather conditions, we will promptly notify you and provide alternative options.
📋 Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations made at least 5 days or more in advance shall not attract a cancellation fee.
Any cancellation made less than 5 days but 72 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time will incur a fifty percent (50%) penalty.
Any cancellation made within forty-eight (48) hours or on the same day as the event will incur a one hundred percent (100%) penalty.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by us within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.
💰 Refund Policy
Please note that we process refunds in the order we receive them; this can take 1-10 business days for any card payment. Zelle payments can be processed in 1-3 business days, depending on the company's Zelle limit for that given period.
