How does flat rate pricing work?+

Our tours and transfers are priced for 1-4 guests. Whether traveling solo or with 4 people, you pay the same base price. Groups larger than 4 pay an additional 20% per extra person.

What's your cancellation policy?+

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour or transfer. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% fee. No-shows forfeit the full amount.

Do you provide hotel pickup?+

Yes! All tours include complimentary hotel pickup from major resort areas including Montego Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios, and Runaway Bay. Remote locations may have a small surcharge.

Are your drivers licensed?+

All our drivers are licensed by the Jamaica Tourist Board, fully insured, and have undergone background checks. Your safety is our top priority.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and cash on arrival for some services.

What should I bring on tours?+

Comfortable walking shoes, swimwear (for water activities), sunscreen, camera, and cash for tips/souvenirs. We provide water and necessary equipment.

Can I book for a large group?+

Yes! For groups over 10 people, contact us directly for special rates and custom itineraries. We can arrange buses and multiple vehicles.

What if my flight is delayed?+

No worries! We monitor all flight arrivals. If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait at no extra charge. Just provide your flight number when booking.

Are child seats available?+

Yes, child seats and booster seats are available upon request at no extra charge. Please mention this when booking.

Flat Rate Pricing

Tours and transfers are priced for 1-4 guests. Additional guests are charged 20% of base price per person.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% charge. No-shows: no refund.

Weather Policy

Tours operate rain or shine. Severe weather may result in rescheduling or full refund.
